It is an attractive way to eat mushrooms, which will please the whole family. Difficulty: Low Time: 45 minutes Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g mushroom
- 200 g chicken
- 280 g wide pasta ribbons
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Shredded cheese
- 1 garlic clove
Preparation:
- Peel and chop the garlic clove and fry it in the oil. When it starts to take color, add the mushrooms cut into slices and the chicken cut into pieces. Sauté over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the pasta with water, plenty of salt and margarine for 12 minutes. Remove the paste and let it drain well.
- In a deep dish mix the mushroom stir-fry with the chicken and ribbons, season and mix well.
- Serve immediately and pour grated cheese over it.
