Pizza au fromage et champignons

What is it about pizza that hooks us so much? It is the most international, versioned and versatile dish in Italy, which comes in handy at any time of the day, and at any special time such as birthdays, parties or meetings of friends. This gastronomic jewel is perfect because it saves us a lot of time for its simplicity and practicality, which you can make with a variety of ingredients. In Neofungi we have opted for a cheese and mushroom pizza, a dish of the simplest and healthiest, but full of flavor.

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients for 2 people:

FOR THE DOUGH:

– 200 gr. of flour

– 50 gr. of water

– 50 gr. of milk

– 25 gr. of olive oil

– 10 gr. of yeast

– 1 tablespoon of salt

FOR PIZZA:

– 50 gr. mushrooms

– 3 slices of goat cheese

– Oregano

– Mozzarella

Preparation:

1⃣ In a container mix the water, the milk and olive oil and heat it for a few seconds in the microwave.

2⃣ Add the yeast and stir until it melts and mixes well with the liquid.

3⃣ Finally incorporate the flour and the tablespoon of salt.

4⃣ We will knead taking into account that, if it sticks on our fingers, we must gradually add more flour until it is homogeneous.

5⃣ Let stand for about 15-20 minutes covered with a cloth and with the help of a roller, we will flatten the dough until it is very thin.

6⃣ We will put it in the oven (at maximum power with heat on both plates), previously punctured with a fork, on top of a baking paper, until we see that it has taken color and is crispy.

7⃣ We will incorporate thin slices of cheese, mushrooms and goat cheese.

8⃣ We will cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and bake several more minutes until the ingredients are done.
