Champignons farcis à la viande Neofungi

In Neofungi we know how difficult it is to surprise and innovate in the kitchen with new recipes, especially if you are not a “handyman” in the kitchen. That is why today you propose this easy and fast recipe, with which you will succeed in the kitchen and surprise your guests because they are great!

Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people:

– 300g of minced meat

– 12 large mushrooms

– 1 Carrot

– 1 Onion

– 75g tomato sauce

– Parmesan cheese (or any cheese to gratin)

– Salt

– Black pepper

– Extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION:

1. Peel and clean the mushrooms. Remove the foot from the mushrooms, chop it into cubes and reserve it for later.

2. Wash the vegetables and chop them.

3. In a pan with a little extra virgin oil, fry the onion next to the carrot for about 10 minutes.

4. Add the feet of the mushrooms that we have chopped and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper

5. Add the minced meat and crumble it with the help of a kitchen utensil.

6. When the meat begins to take color, add the tomato sauce and leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes.

7. Preheat the oven to 180º. Place the mushroom hats on a baking sheet. (We advise you to put baking paper on top of the tray)

8. Pour a little oil into the base of the mushrooms. Add a little salt.

9. Fill the mushrooms with a spoon, adding the meat stew until it sticks out a little.

10. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on the mushrooms and put the tray in the oven.

11. Bake for 25 minutes. The tray should be placed in the center of the oven with heat up and down at 180º

12. Let cool outside the oven. And… Let’s eat! As you have seen, it is a very simple recipe, leaving a different and healthy dish with which to amaze your guests.
