Ingredients for 2 people:
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 potatoes
– 2 chicken thighs
– 6 mushrooms
– A splash of olive oil
– Salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Carefully wash and cut the mushrooms into slices.
2. Chop one clove of garlic and mix it with two tablespoons of olive oil.
3. Pour into a pan a little oil and the other clove of chopped garlic. Add the chicken pieces and cook them over medium heat, turning them over time, until they brown on both sides (about 8-10 minutes). Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place the chicken thighs on a bowl, as well as the rolled mushrooms and put them in the oven.
5. Cook at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes. In the middle of cooking (that is, after 10 minutes), stir the contents of the tray so that all the food is cooked well.
6. When the meat begins to take color, add the tomato sauce and leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes.
7. When the chicken is cooked, turn off, remove. And… ready to eat!
